Over the past century thousands of marques have faded from American streets: Auburn, Cord, Duisenberg, Oldsmobile, Stutz, Bugatti, Packard, and Nash. While some names are no longer recognizable to most, many of these fine automobiles are cared for and have survived. Arrive early or stay late – history is alive as the 'old timers' gather up steam and take to the streets of Brookline.
Show highlights include: six or more Pre-war Bugattis, a 1910 Overland, King Gustof of Sweden’s, Packard and more. Where else, but the Extinct Autos Day, can you introduce yourself and your child to a Stanley Steamer or listen to the silence of a Detroit Electric? All vehicles produced by any automobile manufacturer out of business both foreign and domestic are welcome.
Walk in admission varies per show, and active military personal and children under six are admitted free.
