Have you ever wondered what the inside of a whale looks like, or how much you really have in common with a chimpanzee? Come to “e” inc.’s brand new teaching space: The Learning Room and experience hands-on science at four eye-opening Activity Stations focused on such topics as whales, biodiversity in the rainforest, garbage-ology, and life on one island.

All exhibits will give kids opportunities to get involved and make a difference. “e” inc. educators will involve children and families in some of the most fascinating issues facing our planet today and prove that you can rise to the challenge. Activities will include: games, investigations, scavenger hunts and idea collecting, mixed media artwork and more! Most appropriate for grade school age children (younger children will enjoy with parental supports)

“e” inc. is an award-winning non-profit recognized for its unique immersion-
learning experiences. More than 800 students in the Boston area participated in
“e” inc.’s afterschool programs and workshops last year.

The “e” inc. Learning Room Open House will give visitors an opportunity to also give feedback as “e” inc. finalizes its plans for The Learning Room. “e” inc. is an environment science and civics learning center serving children, youth, schools, and families in the Greater Boston area.

Public Transportation: Take the Redline to South Station and walk approximately 8 minutes South on Summer Street towards the convention center. “e” inc. and The Learning Room are located at the second entrance to 337 Summer St. (Last door before the third bridge.)

Parking: There are a good number of two hour meters in front of and across the street from our office. As well as parking garages on Congress St. (One street over and below), A Street (One street over and below.)
