A fun and interactive course for kids to develop leadership, creativity, human values, and really empower them! This is done through yoga, breathing, and lots of interactive games.

This will be a memorable spring break activity for your child!

Skills learned:

Physical: Stretching, Yoga
Mental: Specific breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, meditation Social: Problem solving skills, development of social skills, leadership training, games, group dynamics, creative projects and service projects Rhythmic breathing to balance emotions, increase energy, mental focus and create calmness
