Join us for a program to demystify the Montessori Method and learn what it can teach anyone who works with and loves children about how they learn and grow.
Karen Riccardi, a graduate of Syracuse University and the Center for Montessori Teacher Education, was the founder of The Natick Montessori School in 2000.
After ten years of directing and teaching there, she became the Head of School for the newly merged Montessori toddler – middle school program of The Riverbend School in 2010.
For this presentation, Karen will give a brief overview of the pedagogy of Montessori Education and demonstrate specifically designed learning materials to build concentration, coordination, independence and most of all confidence in young learners.
