On June 8th, 2014 the New England Aquarium is celebrating World Oceans Day with a family friendly event from 11:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. The New England Aquarium is taking part in the international celebration of World Oceans Day with contests to win free Boston Duck Tour rides, trips off-shore with Boston Harbor Cruises, sustainable seafood cooking demonstrations with guest chefs, scavenger hunts, live appearances by Mix 104.1 and exhibits to explain Aquarium programs.
Ben & Jerry’s ice cream will hand out free scoops, starting at noon - which is another great thing to celebrate!
