Mahmud Jafri, CEO of Dover Rug & Home collaborates with Connie Kolman of Kolman Artisan Glass in a presentation that shares tips on how to push the limits of decorating with fine art and rugs.
While featuring vignettes of Dover’s rugs and Kolman’s glasswork, the experts will touch on color, design, and materials.
Attendees will learn and implement how to pair unique glass and rug pieces to push the boundaries of art and move beyond the canvas.
A lively Q&A session on everyone’s selections will take place after participants make their pairings.
An original Kolman glass art piece, specifically designed to complement a one-of-a-kind rug, will be unveiled.
Dover Rug & Home and Kolman Artisan Glass will donate 10% of sales on October 1st to Gateway for the Arts, a non-profit organization, providing professional development for adults with disabilities who have talent in art.
