You know that you know something about yourself, but there are times when you are not sure what has happened and you cannot explain what and how you are living it.

There are times you suspect the meaning but it is not articulated in your mind; you search around and get so many answers, which ones to take or not?

Learn to know yourself.

You are a deep fountain of mysteries, most of which can be uncovered by yourself, if you know how.

Many will offer you the “answers”, the “solutions”.

We don’t.

We give you the tools; it is up to you to discover yourself.

5 workshops in 5 weeks, 1.5 hrs a week.

Please note: Workshops are held for 5 consecutive weeks on Wednesdays; Jan 20th is our first workshop.

As life happens, you may miss a session; we will make every effort to ensure that you can make up any missed workshop.
