Held on Mondays, January 23-March 13 from 3:30-4:30pm at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton.
For children ages 7-8 years.
Kids will plant, smell, pickle, cook, and taste all different kinds of spices.
Jewish customs often use all five senses, so we will play with spices to learn about traditions like Havdalah and Shabbat.
Make connections to Jewish history, famous Jewish places, and Jewish food with an alum of the Adamah fellowship.
Cost is $186; JCC member cost: $159.
Registration begins December 8.
