Bring the whole family to dig for artifacts in a mock archaeological dig to learn first-hand how archaeologists do the detective work of history.
See what archaeology can teach us about the Native American people who flourished in this area before European settlement by handling real projectile points and stone tools.
This program is appropriate for families with children ages 7 and up.
Location: Jackson Homestead and Museum, 527 Washington Street Registration (includes museum admission and materials): $5 per person in advance; $10 per person on the day of the program.
