Join us for a fun-filled week of educational programming, as we explore inspirational tales of an African American inventor, a dancer, and a freedom fighter!
In collaboration with Sweet Blackberry, as well as local artists and innovators, the Library will offer morning and afternoon activities—centered on an invention, dance, poetry, and art-making—to complement short film screenings.
And don’t forget to explore the Mapparium all week.
Each day will feature a morning and an afternoon interactive workshop, as well as drop-in art activities and Mapparium tours.
Art activities and Mapparium tours do not require advance registration.
