Culture is the glue of an organization – the most successful companies shape culture by working to understand their organizational values, beliefs, attitudes, and assumptions.
Utilizing the Competing Values Framework™, Anjell Karibian, Workplace Design Strategist at Haworth, will guide attendees through an interactive card game and visioning exercise, designed to spark visual value connections by moving through the physical space.
