Somehow, somewhere, we forgot how to eat this nutritional super food.
Come learn how to gather, dry, open, and make acorns edible.
We will also learn what we can do and make with acorns to create delicious gourmet meals.
Tasting samples will be provided!
Please bring a journal/pen, and a pair of pruning shears or a big rock/hammer.

Tim “PrimiTim” Swanson has degrees in Adventure Education Leadership and Adventure Therapy and is a survival skills instructor with over 10 years of experience. He works with all ages encouraging people to connect with the earth by learning and practicing ancient living skills.
