Meet Dr. Charles Macgill, a confederate political prisoner during the Civil War.Join the spirit of Dr. Charles Macgill of Hagerstown, Maryland, in a stroll through Fort Warren as he reminisces about his confinement here as a political prisoner during the Civil War.
Hour-long tours depart from the Visitor Center at 11:15am and 1:15 pm.
