Join Educator and Postpartum Doula Gila Modell and a group of second (or third) parents as we create space to manage the ups, downs, and everything in between with a newborn baby.Bring your baby and a blanket, and come for some tummy time and much deserved parent time.
We will discuss how the first few weeks or months are going, share resources and tools, and create a village to feel supported on your parenting journey this time around.
Please register by September 10.
This program is limited to 12 parents, first-come, first-serve.
The fee is $36 per parent, which covers all six sessions.
Facilitator Bio: Gila Modell, the MoDoula, is a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula, facilitating groups for new and seasoned parents navigating the first year of life with a newborn.
She provides space as well as support for parents to build connections and grow their village.
With a Master's degree in Counseling and Education, Gila works to empower parents, providing joy and support along their journey.
