Why do some children have trouble keeping their eyes open past 8:00 PM, while others seem to catch their second wind at that hour? Learn the answers to these questions and others, and review strategies for improving children's sleeping patterns and habits. Although this talk will focus primarily on elementary school-age children, many principles discussed will be applicable to all ages.
Presenter: Dr. Dennis Rosen is a pediatric pulmonologist and sleep specialist at Children's Hospital Boston, where he is a member of the Division of Respiratory Diseases and the Center for Pediatric Sleep Disorders. He is Associate Medical Director of the Sleep Laboratory at Children's Hospital Boston.
