Hip Baby Gear presents Mom and Newborn Basics with Jean Sheehy. This class provides a wonderful opportunity for you to meet other new Moms and their babies in a supportive, fun, and educational environment! During this 4 week session we will explore topics to help you develop a better understanding of the 4th Trimester!

Not only will you be able to share your birth story and your early parenting experiences, but we’ll discuss sleep issues, ideas for soothing your baby, breastfeeding, Mom self care, recognition of the “baby blues”, and fun activities to do with your amazing newborn! You and your baby will find comfort within a circle of women who are sharing this amazing, and sometimes challenging, time of motherhood.

Classes lead by Jean Sheehy, Mom, and Childbirth Educator. This session meets Mondays, March 30- April 20, 9:00-10:00am. Classes will be held at Crunchy Granola Baby, but please register with Jean, info@birth-bliss.com. Fee: $50
