MORE INFO:
Inspired by Frontline’s documentary “Heat,” the WGBH Lab and Teachers’ Domain issued an Open Call for youth media makers to create video shorts on climate change. It is WGBH’s first-ever Lab Open Call dedicated solely to youth media makers. The Call is accompanied by online tutorials, or “webinars,” covering topics such as video production using open content, copyright issues, and pitch development. While the submission period is now over, Lab personnel and the online community must now take on the task of selecting eight ideas for $2000 in production funding. Be sure to follow the process and vote for your favorites at http://lab.wgbh.org/heatingup.
