How can I be the best parent? It's a “loaded” question in today's stressful, competitive parenting environment. Parent Talk invites local parents to join Vicki Hoefl, expert and creator of the Parenting on Track program, to help you discover where you are as a parent today and where you want to go, and to create a Personal Parenting Roadmap that will guide you there.
