Come to a Franklin Park History Tour with Images of America: Franklin Park author Julie Arrison! Meet at the Williams Street entrance to the park. The tour will start at the Ellicottdale Arch and will focus on Ellicottdale, Scarboro Hill, Scarboro Pond, and will loop Circuit Drive and end near the club house. Julie will do a series of tours this spring, each one featuring a different section of the park.
