Giving birth is a profound experience in a woman's life which effects her early days and months of mothering. As she is swept into an all encompassing new role this profound event can get buried in the midst of everyday life. Taking time to reflect on and process the birth experience can help women release and make sense of some very strong emotions and self concepts. Join us for an evening of reflection and process led by a wise, women- centered psychotherapist
