Birthing a baby is certainly a learning experience. For your next labor, there are maybe some things you would like to review. In this two hour class, we will:

• Clarify questions you may have about your past labor, this upcoming birth.

• Practice effective comfort techniques for home, hospital and birth center.

• Review reliable resources for information.

• Discuss how to advocate for mother- baby friendly practices at home, hospital or birth center.

About our instructor:

Robin Snyder-Drummond has been teaching childbirth series in various settings for 17 years. She is also an active birth doula with ten years of experience in six Boston area hospitals and one birth center. An excellent complement to these skills, Robin is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who makes home visits.
