Natural Childbirth Class: Learn what your body already knows.The process of Birth has remained constant for millennia. How birth is managed, however, varies between cultures, hospitals, even practitioners in the same city.

In this class we'll review how your body is designed to work and how you can work with it. Advocating for your best care and planning ahead for the first weeks.The emphasis is on positive, practical and proactive birth. We will cover medica linterventions, with an eye towards how to avoid them and/or support well-informed decisions.

3 classes 4:30-8:00 Sunday evenings. Each family also receives a free postpartum phone consulation to answer questions, locate resources and celebrate your birth day!

About our instructor:

Robin Snyder-Drummond has been teaching childbirth series in various settings for 17 years. She is also an active birth doula with ten years of experience in six Boston area hospitals and one birth center. An excellent compliment to these skills, Robin is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Robin offers calm and consistent guidance to expectant families before, during and after childbirth.
