Sure, it will be overwhelming at times but the first year with multiples can also be tons of fun and this class is designed to give you the tools and resources to make it a wondrous time. Led by a parenting educator who has identical twin boys herself and who has 'been there, done that', you'll learn practical tips for carrying, feeding and soothing two or more and for establishing healthy naptime and bedtime habits that will allow the whole family to sleep better!

Hands-on demonstrations will teach you swaddling, diapering and carseat safety. We also touch upon the mysteries of the NICU, things to consider when choosing a pediatrician, and even how to respond to all the quirky comments you may already be getting from strangers ('Are your boy/girl twins identical?')!

Perfect for first-time parents and those with older children who wonder how they'll do it again with double or triple the babies, you'll also leave the three hour class with a 110 page PDF full of helpful topical articles and page after page of local resources for parents of multiples.

About our instructor:

Jennifer has spent the last eight years teaching at Boston University and leading workshops at colleges and high schools nationwide. The birth of her identical twin boys seven years ago allowed her to merge her experience with raising multiples with her teaching background. Jennifer is a former board member of her local chapter of the National Organization of Parents of Multiples. In addition to wrangling their twin superheroes in training, Jennifer and her husband also dote on their three-year old daughter. She currently teaches prenatal seminars for parents expecting multiples, private prenatal classes for mothers-to-be on bed rest, and weekly series for parents and their new babies in the Boston area.
