Artist Luncheon: Ms. Latimer is sharing not only a light lunch, but the stand-out tales, tips and triumphs of her craft: children's book illustrations. 'I spend a lot of time daydreaming, thinking of ideas -- that's the easy bit, calming the ideas down and putting them in a readable format is the hard part.' Come hear how it happens and meet our lovely friend from across the Pond! RSVPs (by Wednesday, June 22nd, please) required to attend this luncheon. Adults and older children only, please (ages 8+).

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Take the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop and you will arrive across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just over 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
