The focus is then on using positive reinforcement and other shaping techniques to guide children toward appropriate social behavior with an explanation of the various types of reinforcement and how to use them.
A discussion of using appropriate consequences, how to choose what's the best consequence to teach a child and how to enforce it consistently is included. Finally a question and answer session gives parents an opportunity to bring up specific situations for discussion.
