Parents and educators are invited to learn more about the stresses of childhood and how to help our children deal with them whenParent Talk hosts renowned psychologist and author, Professor Maria Trozzi, M.Ed. for the lecture “Helping Children Develop Resilience As They Cope With Life’s Stresses”.

What is stressful for a young child? Moving, welcoming a new baby, a parent going back to work, divorce in the family, the death of a loved one, starting a new school—the list is endless. Parents and caregivers are left often not knowing what to say or do to help children face these tough times.

Join us for an interactive presentation by Maria Trozzi, professor of pediatrics, author of Talking with Children About Loss, and director of the nationally renowned Good Grief program at Boston Medical Center, for advice on how to help our children through life’s challenges.

Free for Parent Talk members, $20 for non-members who pre-pay online (online registration closes one day before the lecture); $25 at the door. No refunds, non-transferable.
