Chef Ferran Adria (from El Bulli), originator of the modernist cuisine movement, and Washington, D.C. chef Jose Andres, will discuss their views on the creative preparation of food.

The chefs' discussion will be followed by a talk by Michael Brenner, a professor of applied mathematics, who, along with M.C. and physics professor David Weitz, teaches a course at Harvard University on science and cooking. Boston Convention Center Room 253AB.
