The Lesley Ellis School Parent Education Series brings engaging speakers and lively topics to parents and educators in the community during the school year. Please, bring a friend and join us!

All parents want their children to become resilient and confident, and they know this means children must be allowed to learn on their own.

But they find it hard to let their children face challenge and disappointment and make mistakes.

How can parents strike a good balance between helping and protecting their children and letting them come to grips with real-life issues?

Rob Evans will offer concrete suggestions for managing this key dilemma.
