Dinnertime a battle? Getting your kids to eat healthy a challenge?

It doesn't have to be.

Join North Shore United Way’s Women in Action for a panel discussion on “Making Mealtime Fun and Healthy for Children and Families”.

The evening will feature insight and practical advice from Sally Sampson, founder and director of ChopChop magazine, winner of the prestigious 2013 James Beard Award for Publication of the Year; John Sarrouf, director, The Family Dinner Project; and Dr. George Papanicolaou, of Cornerstone Family Practice.

Tickets are $10 at www.nsuw.org.

$10 per person. All proceeds go directly towards Women in Action grants that promote healthy eating, sound nutrition and physical activities for children and families on the North Shore.
