The media develops movies, pop lyrics, television shows and advertisements that play on the emotional vulnerabilities of children, the “kiddie market.“
Maxwell offers practical information on how we can protect our children from inapporpriate and mindless stimulation, and how we can be true to our own values while not ostracizing our children from their peers.
She also speaks about helpful guidelines we can give our children for making intelligent choices.
