Mind Your Manners class will strengthen your child's social skills, and heighten their awareness regarding manners and self-presentation.
More importantly, we will work with them in a fun and unique manner to improve their ability to manage their own behavior at home, at school, on play dates, and in restaurants.
Students will learn by engaging in role-playing activities, class participation, and improvisation.
Topics covered: Projecting confidence, combating shyness, strengthening leadership skills, improving communication with peers and adults, meeting and greeting, navigating friendships, understanding social cues, basic manners and table manners, allergies, and etiquette for guests and hosts.
The last class is held at an upscale restaurant where students practice and prefect their newly acquired skills while participating in a four-course meal.
