On Thursday, March 8th, there will be a Parent Information Program on Internet Safety in the East Middle School (Braintree) auditorium at 6:00PM. Katelyn LeClerc from the Attorney General’s Office will present information on general internet safety rules, a discussion on the ways in which social networking websites operate, and the types of software that can monitor what children are doing on-line. She will also discuss some case-specific examples of internet crimes. She plans for the evening to include open discussion and to be very interactive.

The program will last approximately an hour and a half with ample time for questions. There is no charge for this program.

Please Note: In order for this important program to run, we need a commitment of seventy-five parents. Please sign up with Paula Dowd at 781-848-4000 x2224 or Katy Welch at x2235.
