About the facilitator: Maïté is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher.
She felt a pull to pursue a career path in which human wellbeing can be met meaningfully and trained through UMass Medical School Center for Mindfulness, the birthplace of MBSR, founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Maïté is also the founder of The Institute for Mindfulness and Movement.
She is committed to guiding individuals from all walks of life into exploring active healthy lifestyles and living more (wake)fully in the present moment.
