This workshop will address the unique needs that families have in planning the financial and legal future of their child with a disability. It will include explanations of government benefits, guardianship and estate planning options.

Fred Misilo is an attorney with more than 20 years experience in estate law. He is a former Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Mental Retardation and a member of the Board of Directors of the Arc of Massachusetts. He specializes in estate planning and other disability related issues.

This workshop is open to the public free of charge but must pre-register.
