It’s mostly Buddhist human population lives in the valleys, while yaks, hornbills, monkeys, tree rhododendrons and spectacular birds like blood and Kalij pheasant are found along the famous Linmethang Road at high elevations.
Weaving, wood carving, painting and papermaking are among the arts practiced in this creative culture.
