Our Spring UNITE panel will feature ideas around the following questions:
1. Why is it important to cultivate diversity in the workplace?
2. How does it affect a company’s creativity, culture, and bottom line?
3. Who is responsible for ensuring diverse voices are hired and heard within an organization?
Our panel discussion, hosted by A&G and sponsored by Massachusetts Cultural Council, is set to take place on Thursday May 10th.
