Join world renowned Harvard geneticist and leading pioneer of genetic science, George Church, among a variety of other speakers, who will speak on a wide array of fascinating topics at a special Salon event from within the Tropical Forest at Franklin Park Zoo.
The event will be unlike any previously recorded TEDx event, as the speakers will present from within the Baird's tapir exhibit and in addition to the event attendees, the audience will include the western lowland gorillas, who can watch and listen on simulcast.
Speaker Lineup
The speakers are remarkable and include the world renowned Harvard geneticist and leading pioneer of genetic science, George Church. Other speakers include Mason Dunn, Executive Director, Massachusetts Trans Political Coalition, Hayley Reardon, singer songwriter, Akito van Troyer, MIT Opera of the Future Group, MIT Media Lab, and many others who will speak on a wide array of fascinating topics.
