Our third and final event will be hosted in our Downtown Crossing third floor wellness shop.
Speak to and hear from our group of wellness experts on how to lead a healthier life.
From exercise to nutrition, mental health to motherhood, our group of panelists will share their expert insights and answer questions from attendees.
Wholesome snacks and drinks will be served.
Our panelists include:
1.Christina Chu - Christina is a Boston-area Registered Dietitian that specializes in sports nutrition and corporate wellness.
She led numerous corporate wellness seminars on evidenced based nutrition practices and currently teaches cycling at Equinox.
2. Sarah Dussault - Sarah is a mother of two young boys, published author, certified personal trainer and full time family/lifestyle/fitness blogger living in Boston.
Her goal is to enable your passion for healthy living while balancing motherhood.

3.Jennifer Hanway - Jennifer is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer and member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
With a practice rooted in science, she transforms lives with her tools of gut healing, detoxification, hormone balancing and stress management.
4.Rachael Junard - Rachael is a Boston transplant who has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has been teaching for three years.
As an advocate for breaking barriers for other POC in the wellness industry, Rachael strives on creating wellness experiences that are inclusive, accessible and culturally relevant.
Through her organization You Good, Sis? and other outlets, she has done exactly that!
