dr temple grandin helping different kinds of minds solve problems photoIvy Street School, a leading school in Brookline focused on providing therapeutic and trauma-focused learning for children and young adults with cognitive disabilities, is excited to welcome Dr. Temple Grandin, a leading activist, author, and academic and one of the most accomplished and well-known adults with autism to Boston.

The subject of HBO’s 2010 movie Temple Grandin, Dr. Grandin has stunned and impressed countless audiences by breaking the unfair assumption that people with autism could never achieve greatness.

The event will be held on March 17, 2022, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM EST, beginning with a reception and book signing and then moving into discussion with Dr. Grandin.

A second book signing will be offered following Dr. Grandin’s talk.
