Although today we use the word Stoic to refer to someone who is unemotional and uncomplaining in the face of adversity, Stoicism is among the most famous philosophies that was seeking eudaimonia, or happiness.
Far from being emotionless statues, they lived rich, vibrant lives, full of meaning and purpose despite challenging times.
It’s no wonder their teachings have endured, and are so relevant and popular today.
We'll explore teachings by the great stoic Philosophers: Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, and Epictetus.
Their philosophy has enriched human beings throughout the centuries, and we look forward to sharing the practical aspects of their teachings in this workshop.
We hope you can join!
