The New ’N Towne Club of Medfield is pleased to present a talk about Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) and vegetable gardening by Laura Tangerini, the owner and operator of Tangerini’s Spring Street Farm in Millis. Learn about CSA, a growing social and agricultural movement that offers a path to farm preservation.

Hear the benefits of the partnership between a farm and a community of supporters, considered shareholders. The motto is: local foods from local farms to local families. Also, discover the essentials of vegetable gardening, including where to locate your garden as well as when and what to plant. Get answers to all of your questions from Laura Tangerini, who has more than 22 years of experience in agriculture and horticulture.

The talk, which is free and open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, April 8th at 6:30 pm in the greenhouse at Tangerini’s Farm. Please contact Denise Iannone at 508-359-5859 or Kelda Perachi at 508-359-1051 to RSVP, as capacity is limited; visit < ahref='https://eight.bostoncentral.com/fwd.php?main=events&sub=lectures&sub2=7748&pgx=teb.rajbgajra.jjj%2F%2F%3Acggu&backlink=%2Fevents%2Flectures%2Fp7748.php'>www.newntowne.org for more information.
