Family Night with award-winning South African authors Sindiwe Magona and Elinor Sisulu.
Thursday, July 10 at 7:00 P.M. Central Square Branch Library, 45 Pearl Street, Cambridge.

Hear stories! Learn about what it was like to grow up in South Africa! Have a taste of some South African children’s books!

Sindiwe Magona is an author, poet, playwright, storyteller and activist. Her books for children include The Best Meal Ever! and Life is a Hard but Beautiful Thing.
Elinor Sisulu is an author and human rights activist. Her books include the picture book The Day Gogo Went to Vote.

For ages 5 and up.
A reception will follow the program and books will be available for purchase.
