Longitude New Music Ensemble Concert
Longitude, the New Music ensemble at the Longy School of Music, continues its 2006-07 season on Tuesday, February 27. The concert features the world premiere of three works written for the Longitude Commissioning Project by Dusenbury, Karp and Mehl. The concert also includes performances of Zwilich’s Concerto for Trumpet and Five Instruments (with soloist Ashley Hall), and works by Henze, Merryman and Takemitsu. Longitude is co-directed by Kate Vincent (Firebird Ensemble) and Paul Brust
