Join us on Saturday, December 1st 1 – 3 pm at the Zoo!Children ages 5 – 13 and their families will travel through the Music Zoo stopping at different instrument group areas. Your visit to the Zoo will allow you to touch, try, hear and learn about music!
Featured instruments include trumpets, trombones, flutes, clarinets, violins, cellos, drums and other percussion instruments and an opportunity for your child to discover their own personal vocal instrument.
There will be demonstrations and vocal performances from current LS music students, an activity table for children and a community resource board where parents can learn about private lessons and other music activities in the area.
Participants will leave with an appreciation for music and learn more about free upcoming LS Winter Music Concerts.
