Join Teresa Coelho from Music Together of Salem (and Marblehead) for a demonstration and introduction to this wonderful music education program designed specially for the early childhood (from birth to age 5). Come and sing, play instruments, explore fingerplay, movements, dance and have great fun! About Teresa: Teresa Coelho is a registered Music Together® teacher. Committed to excellence, every 3 months she attends additional trainings offered by the CMYC (Center for Music and Young Children). Teresa is passionate about music and the development of children. She creates a fun, informal, social setting that spurs engagement and supports each child's musical development. Teresa came to the Music Together family after 15 years of experience performing as a singer, songwriter and arranger. After earning her Degree in Music Education from UNI-RIO (University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), she came to Berklee College of Music to further her studies in arranging and songwriting. Her performances include several jazz festivals and venues in the Northeast of US, Europe & South America. Making music with her son, inspired Teresa to explore teaching children and to share her love of music with families in the community. The combination of her sweet vocals and guitar playing, and overall enthusiasm make her a welcoming teacher.
