Fab four fans: Be fab and be the first to play The Beatles: Rock Band, the game that will make you a part of the legendary band with John, Paul, George and Ringo. Now through Aug. 31st at BLOCKBUSTER stores, pre-order your copy of the game software for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 or Wii, and you’ll receive an exclusive Beatles: Rock Band cap, compliments of BLOCKBUSTER. Fans can also rock out with Beatles CDs, The Beatles Trivial Pursuit, a puzzle based on the Beatles “White” album, and more while supplies last.

On Tuesday, September 8th, join “Breakfast with the Beatles” host Cha Chi, Beatles cover band “No Reply,” and the WZLX street team will be hosting a special 9:30p-midnight release party at Blockbuster Malden, Rt. 60 (171 Centre Street). Dress like your favorite Beatle or 60s character for free rentals and special prizes, and get the party started with a live concert rockin’ out your favorite Beatles tunes with Boston’s best faux fab four band “No Reply”!

Be there early to win prizes, stump Cha Chi in Beatles trivia, and be the first to play The Beatles: Rock Band before you buy it at midnight. All Blockbuster stores will be taking pre-orders and selling The Beatles: Rock Band at midnight on 9/9/09, but it’ll be especially fab... and groovy fun... at Blockbuster Malden the night before on September 8th!
