Combine about twenty families singing in harmony, with a backdrop of some of the area’s most talented musicians, and some of the best-loved folk music around, and you have the one-of-a-kind Family Folk Chorale, the Boston area's premier intergenerational chorus. For the uninitiated, Family Folk Chorale concerts are a hoot … great, great music … singers ages 3 to 89 plus Grammy-winning guest artists … band includes guitars, fiddle, banjo, autoharp, mandolin, upright bass, percussion, harmonica … audience sing-along … kids dancing in the aisles … fun for everyone from babies to seniors.
