The Brockton Symphony Orchestra will present a marvelous medley of the endearing themes from the box office smash, Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone. The vivid imagery of the film is woven into the varied textures of this concert-level full orchestra medley. This is a wonderful symphonic performance not to miss.

“I expect to see hundreds of Harry Potters staring back at me when I take the stage,” says orchestra conductor Jonathan Cohler. “We encourage children, everyone, to dress up in costume and be creative.”
Cohler specifically chose the concert music to appeal to families with elementary and middle school age children, and give them exciting introduction to the orchestra.

Fun and educational presentations compliment the musical program, including an instrument 'petting zoo' where kids get to touch and play real orchestral instruments before the concert.
