From Route 3:
Exit 33 (Westford - Rte. 40)
Follow signs toward Westford
Continue on Rte. 40 for 3 ½ miles
(going straight through one traffic light).
Turn Right onto Dunstable Rd.
(You will see a BP Gas Station on the corner of Dunstable Rd. and Rte. 40).
Drive .8 miles; Turn Right onto Summer Village Road.
The entrance for Summer Village at the Pond is straight ahead.
