Uncle Jim (Jim Mayer) is an accomplished musician, performing with Jimmy Buffett's Coral Reffer Band for over a decade. His love for children, his wacky sense of humor, and his musical talents, are all brought together on his CDs, appreciated by kids and kids-at-heart.

Uncle Jim presents a compelling anti-bullying program entitled 'IM4U.' In the presentation, Uncle Jim uses songs, personal stories and questions for discussion to build awareness and educate children about the following principles: Empowerment through Resposibility, Observation, Choice, and Knowledge.
